I help to identify your potential barriers, such as lack of time or cooking skills and work with you to manage any difficulties in moving forward to better health. I use simple strategies to break down the science of nutrition into actionable steps. Even making small changes add up and you’ll soon notice the correlation between what you eat and how you feel.
There should never be a ‘one size fits all’ approach when it comes to nutrition. Your nutrition and lifestyle plan will be personal to you and your unique biochemistry.
I have access to a range of informative laboratory tests (that aren’t available through the NHS) which allow me to dig further into any potential underlying drivers of disease or illness. Although I promote a diet rich in a variety of nutrients, I may also offer targeted supplement recommendations for extra support, but only where I feel necessary.
Some clients come to me for support with complex, ongoing health conditions and some simply want to feel their best prior to an important event, such as a wedding.
