For years, I struggled with severe PMS, and the quick solution I was offered - antidepressants - never felt right for me. No one seemed to understand my cycle or why I was struggling. Later, early signs of a benign brain tumour were dismissed as “stress.” I know how isolating it can feel when your body is trying to tell you something, yet no one seems to listen.
These experiences inspired me to retrain as a Nutritional Therapist. Now, I help adults uncover the root causes of their symptoms and create personalised plans that truly support their bodies, so they can feel better day to day.
As a mother and grandmother, I’ve experienced many stages of life myself, so I bring empathy, understanding, and practical insight to my work. I know that health challenges don’t just affect your body - they can affect your confidence, mood, energy, sleep, and relationships.
I support adults struggling with:
You don’t have to just “get on with it.” With a personalised approach, you can address the root causes of your symptoms - whether that means clearer skin, improved digestion, balanced hormones, or better overall wellbeing, and start feeling better.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Together, we explore your symptoms, lifestyle, and goals to create a plan that’s tailored to you. I focus on practical steps that make a real difference in your day-to-day life - helping you feel more in control, make choices that work for you, and start noticing improvements in how you feel.
Tests can be an important piece of the puzzle in understanding your health. They can highlight patterns in hormones, nutrients, digestion, inflammation, or other factors affecting your energy, mood, skin, gut, or reproductive health - things that might not be obvious from symptoms alone. Some of the tests I use go beyond what’s typically available on the NHS, giving us extra detail to help fine-tune your personalised plan. Tests are entirely optional and only suggested when they’re likely to add value. I explain everything clearly, including any costs, so you can make an informed choice about what’s right for you.
I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist (BANT & CNHC Accredited), trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. BANT registration means I practise to strict professional standards and base my recommendations on nutritional science.
