For years, my severe PMS was met with quick suggestions of antidepressants, which I refused, because no one seemed to understand my cycle or why I was struggling. Later, early signs of a benign brain tumour were dismissed as “stress.” I know how isolating it can feel when your body is trying to tell you something, yet no one seems to listen.
These experiences inspired me to retrain as a Nutritional Therapist. I now help women and men uncover the root causes of their symptoms and create personalised plans that support their bodies while helping them feel better day to day.

I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist (BANT & CNHC Accredited), trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. BANT registration means I practise to strict professional standards and base my recommendations on nutritional science.
