THE CLINICAL NUTRITION ROADMAP

Woman smiling, holding a coffee cup.

3 Months | £495 | Payment Plan on Request

A personalised three-month programme to help you understand your symptoms, identify what may be contributing to them, and make practical changes that fit into your everyday life.

Why three months?

Three months gives us time to understand what’s going on, put your personalised plan into practice, see how you respond, and make changes along the way.

We'll look at your health, diet, lifestyle and goals, then focus on the areas that are most relevant to you. As you put your plan into practice, we'll review your progress, work through any challenges and refine things where needed.

The aim is for you to finish the programme feeling clearer, more confident and in control of your health and nutrition.

This is for you if:

  • You're constantly tired or lacking energy.
  • You're struggling with PMS, PMDD, PMOS or changes around perimenopause.
  • You're dealing with ongoing bloating, IBS, reflux, constipation or other digestive problems.
  • Your skin continues to flare despite trying different approaches.
  • You're trying to conceive and want to optimise your nutrition and lifestyle.
  • You're overwhelmed by nutrition advice and don't know what to focus on.

 What's included:

  • Initial 2-hour consultation: A thorough review of your health, symptoms, diet, lifestyle and goals.
  • 3 x 1-hour follow-up consultations: Review your progress, troubleshoot challenges and refine your plan.
  • GP blood test requests & interpretation: Where appropriate, I'll write to your GP to request relevant NHS blood tests and help identify areas that may benefit from nutritional support.
  • Personalised nutrition & lifestyle plan.
  • Ongoing email and WhatsApp support between sessions.
  • Recipes, meal suggestions and handouts to help you put your plan into practice.
  • Targeted supplement recommendations where appropriate.

Looking deeper:

Sometimes standard NHS blood tests don't give us the full picture. Functional testing can provide additional information to help piece together what may be contributing to your symptoms and overall health.

Testing may include:

  • Blood tests – looking at nutrients, vitamins, minerals and other health markers
  • Hormone tests – giving a deeper insight into hormonal health, including cycles, fertility and menopause
  • Stool tests – looking at the gut microbiome and gut health, which can be relevant to digestion, inflammation and skin health
  • DNA testing – exploring genetic variations that may influence nutrition, nutrient needs and other aspects of health

Together with your symptoms and health history, these results can help put the pieces of your health puzzle together and make your plan more targeted to you.

Testing is optional and isn't needed for everyone. I'll always explain the reason for recommending a test and the cost before you decide.
